How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are completed within 4–14 business days after we receive your form. Timelines may vary slightly, but we always focus on delivering efficiently without sacrificing quality.
How many revisions are included?
Each website includes one revision to fine-tune your content, such as text, images, and colors. If you'd like layout or structural changes, we're happy to take care of those as a quick add-on you can request through your dashboard.
What content do I need to provide?
Very little. We'll ask for basic information about your business, services, and branding through a short form. If you don't have text or images ready, we'll handle it for you using professionally written content, high-quality free images, or AI-generated visuals. You can always update or replace content later using the EzPeasi editor.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are applied right away so we can start working on new features immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I need extra features later?
You can request add-ons anytime through your dashboard — such as extra pages, sections, galleries, forms, SEO enhancements, or custom features. EzPeasi is built to grow with your business.
Will my website automatically get traffic or clients?
We build every website with conversion in mind, not just design. Do you offer refunds?
Because we begin working on your website immediately after purchase, we don't offer refunds for completed website builds or subscription charges. However, your plan includes one revision to ensure your website meets the agreed scope and content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
After cancellation, your website will stay active until the end of your billing period. Once the subscription ends, hosting, updates, and ongoing support are discontinued.

Can I request a fully custom design?

While we use professionally designed layouts as a foundation, each site is tailored to reflect your unique business style and target audience — no two websites are the same. But If you're looking for a fully custom design, with your unique custom layout themes, or advanced visual changes beyond the standard structure, you can request this anytime as a custom design add-on directly from your dashboard.
